Strict ID verification. We follow Iowa Code Chapter 9B and your lender's ID requirements, and we screen every signing for fraud red flags and name discrepancies before anything is signed.

No advice, no shortcuts. We're not attorneys and don't give legal advice. We explain what a document is, never what a signer should do about it. Questions we can't answer go back to you, not to a guess.

Clear communication. We confirm every appointment, tell you right away if something is off at the table (missing borrower, ID problem, document errors), and let you know when the package is signed and on its way back.
