About West Des Moines Notary

West Des Moines Mobile Notary, LLC is a locally owned Iowa business serving the Des Moines metro. We’re a commissioned Iowa notary public and certified Notary Signing Agent, carrying both notary and signing agent errors & omissions insurance.

Most of the documents we notarize matter - a house, an estate, a parent’s healthcare decisions, a child’s travel. That deserves someone who shows up on time, knows the requirements under Iowa Code Chapter 9B, and takes the extra minute to get the certificate right instead of guessing.

What we don't do

We’re not attorneys and we don’t practice law. 

That means we can’t tell you which document you need, help you fill one out, explain what it means, or advise you on your legal situation.

What we do is verify identity, witness signatures, and complete the notarial certificate correctly.
