Mobile Notary

Loan Signings

Purchases, refinances, HELOCs, seller packages, reverse mortgages. We print everything, walk the signing, and get scanbacks out the same day. Title companies and signing services: we're on Snapdocs and the other major platforms, and we take direct assignments too.

Online Notary

Can't meet in person? We do remote online notarization over secure video. Same legal weight as in person. All you need is a phone or computer with a camera. Pajamas optional.

I-9 Verification

Hiring someone remotely? We act as your authorized representative to complete Section 2 of Form I-9. We verify the documents in person and get the form back to you fast. Common for out-of-state hires and staffing agencies placing workers in the Des Moines area.

Document Courier

Need papers picked up and delivered, fast? Local pickup and delivery, same-day and rush available. Business and legal documents.

Document Retrieval

We'll track down and pick up government documents, court records, public records, and Secretary of State filings.

Witness Services

Some documents need witnesses along with the notary. We can bring impartial adult witnesses to your appointment. Our witnesses sign as witnesses only. We don't give legal advice and we can't tell you whether your document needs witnesses.

What to have ready: Have your unsigned document ready and a valid government photo ID for every signer. Don't sign anything in advance. We need to watch you sign.
